Use these free printable birthday gift tags to make your gift extra special!
There are 4 different designs available. These tags feature a colorful happy birthday message with an offset outline to add some fun.
Each tag has a little birthday-related picture, there is a gift box, a party hat, a balloon, and a birthday cake.
The tags measure 2 inches wide by 3 inches high.

Supplies:
To make these gift tags you will need the following supplies:
- Happy Birthday gift tags (link below)
- Home printer (or print at your local print shop)
- White cardstock (or ordinary paper)
- Paper cutter or scissors
- Hole punch
- Twine, ribbon, or string
Instructions:
Step 1: Download and print.
Click on the link at the end of the post to download the tags.
It is best to print on thicker paper or cardstock, but if you don’t have it at hand typical printer paper will do.
Step 2: Cut.
Cut out each tag along the grey border using scissors or a paper cutter.
Step 3: Punch a hole and attach.
Punch a hole at the top of each tag with a hole punch, and attach them to your gifts with a string, twine, or ribbon.

Download the PDF file and print it at home or at your local print shop. Print as many copies as you need.
Print on standard 8.5″×11″ paper (US Letter). To print on A4 paper select “Fit to page” in your printer settings.
To make the page more durable print on thicker paper or cardstock.
