Supplies
To make these cupcake toppers you will need the following supplies:
- Printable cupcake toppers template (below)
- Cardstock paper
- Scissors or 2″ craft punch
- Glue stick or tape
- Toothpicks
Instructions
Download the free printable PDF below and print as many copies as you need on cardstock paper.
Cut out the printed shapes. You can also use a 2″ punch to punch out the cupcake toppers, but scissors work just fine.
Next, cut some tape and tape the toothpicks to the back of each circle. If you want your toppers to be double-sided, you can glue 2 circles back to back. To do so, take one circle and add some glue to the back, position a toothpick straight down, and place another circle on top. Press a little to glue the pieces nicely together.
And you are all done!

Download the PDF file and print it at home or at your local print shop. Print as many copies as you need.
Print on standard 8.5″×11″ paper (US Letter). To print on A4 paper select “Fit to page” in your printer settings.
To make the cupcake toppers more durable print on thicker paper or cardstock.
