These free printable polka dot gift tags are great to add a special touch to your gifts.

Supplies
You will need the following supplies for this activity:
- Home printer (you can also print this page at your local print store).
- Cardstock for duarability.
- Paper cutter or scissors.
- Hole punch
- Twine, ribbon, or string
Instructions
Step 1: Download and print.
Click on the link at the end of the post to download the tags.
It is best to print on thicker paper or cardstock, but if you don’t have it at hand typical printer paper will do.
Step 2: Cut.
Cut out each tag along the grey border using scissors or a paper cutter.
Step 3: Punch a hole and attach.
Punch a hole at the top of each tag with a hole punch, and attach them to your gifts with a string, twine, or ribbon.

Print on standard 8.5″×11″ paper (US Letter). To print on A4 paper select “Fit to page” in your printer settings.
