About Father’s Day gift tags
Use these free printable Father’s Day gift tags to add a special touch to your gift for dad.
This set includes 4 designs for you to choose from. Each tag measures 2×3″ or 5×7.6 cm.
The background of the tags is transparent, so you can print them on a white or colored paper, or on a brown kraft paper if you’re going for the rustic look.

Supplies:
To make these gift tags you will need the following supplies:
- Happy Father’s Day gift tags (link below)
- Home printer (or print at your local print shop)
- White cardstock (or ordinary paper)
- Paper cutter or scissors
- Hole punch
- Twine, ribbon, or string
Instructions
Step 1: Download and print.
Click on the link at the end of the post to download the tags.
It is best to print on thicker paper or cardstock, but if you don’t have it at hand typical printer paper will do.
Step 2: Cut.
Cut out each tag along the grey border using scissors or a paper cutter.
Step 3: Punch a hole and attach.
Punch a hole at the top of each tag with a hole punch, and attach them to your gifts with a string, twine, or ribbon.

Printable Happy Father’s Day tags
Download the PDF file and print it at home or at your local print shop. Print as many copies as you need.
Print on standard 8.5″×11″ paper (US Letter). To print on A4 paper select “Fit to page” in your printer settings.
To make the page more durable print on thicker paper or cardstock.
